How we Determine the Expedited (2nd Day, Overnight, etc) Shipping Prices

BetterCables.com automatically calculates your shipping charges during checkout. We use Amazon.com as our fulfillment provide. For ship methods other than the standard free shipping, Amazon.com determines shipping charges based upon the shipping origin, destination, service, and package weight. If you order 2 day service, Amazon.com will determine the best method to get it to you in 2 days-they do not guarantee a specific ship method. For international orders, the system often returns shipping costs higher than actual. In the event the shipping charge for an international order is significantly higher than the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference to the customer. Currently we are offering FREE shipping to orders shipping to the US.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day, if orders are received by 12:30 Eastern Standard Time. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Because we ship from Virginia or Kentucky, FREE SHIPPING shipments will reach our customers within 1 to 6 business days from time of shipment.
